Can you recommend any really good card or board games I can buy? Cranium, Fluxx, Phase 10?

i’d recommend mancala, taboo and scrabble. for card games try cribbage and bridge.

You should definately buy Fluxx. Its such a great game. It’s always different every time you play. I have both a basic Fluxx deck and also Zombie Fluxx. Martian Fluxx comes out later this month. I also recommed their game Chrononauts. You can be the old version online but a new version will be out in November.

Killer Bunnies and the Quest for the Magic Carrot. The run pile game mechanic takes a little bit of getting used to, but the game is so silly and has great pop culture references it’s usually a good time. The expansions really add a lot to the game as well, but it makes the entire game cost around $200 for the main game and the 9 expansions.

There are a whole bunch of different games to recommend..but some lightweight party type games i’ve had fun with are Say anything! and Wits and Wagers

Dominion is a great card game
The Settlers of Catan is a really good light-strategy board game.
Agricola is a deeper more complex strategy board game.
Guillotine is a fun quick card game.

Maybe chess. But there are different type of games to recommend such as SEXY SLANG BOARD GAME!
SEXY SLANG BOARD GAME is a party game for 4 or more. It tends to get very rowdy and is a great icebreaker as all players are involved in each round of play as they race to draw or act out one of the hilarious terms.

Apples to Apples is a great game for a lot of people, it is hilarious!

I love board games. We play them all the time.
I would suggest:
-Cranium
-Any of the Scene It games
- Evolution (if you like Cranium, you will enjoy this)
- Loaded Questions (adult version is great)
- Last Word
- Perfect 10
